Aromatherapy Soap

Aromatherapy is a great way to change your mind through your nose. These scents can have a direct effect on your mind and spirit; some are relaxing, others more stimulating.

This is my original line of soaps, the very first kind I ever made. These soaps are lovely for everyday use, and pretty enough to make nice gifts. I use pure essential oils to scent them, with only rare exceptions that will be noted in the ingredients. Herbs and grains are added to some soaps for a more scrubby effect, and extra nourishing oils to others to soothe dry skin.

Lavender Soap

This bar has lavender flowers in it, offering a gentle exfolient, and a dollop of avocado oil for extra skin-softening luxury. If you're looking for a simple gift for a woman, this is usually a very safe choice; about 93% of women love the smell.

This bar is like a lathery lotion, and people get a far-away look in their eyes when they smell it. It reminds them of something, but they can't say just what.  It is sweet-smelling, enriched with healing castor oil, and scented with lavender, orange, and a touch of Siberian fir needle for deepening.  This bar is great for dry skin, and for anyone who wants some extra soothing.  It was made as a get-well spell for a dear friend. A portion of the proceeds are donated to a woman's organization, in honor of Galya, for whom the soap was created.

This is a very energizing bar, a bit bigger than the others, but the same price. It is a favorite of many people. Spirulina, seaweeds, and dead sea salts and all provide nourishment and a fine scrub. Peppermint, eucalyptus, tea tree and spearmint tickle your nose and bring you joy. This soap is especially nice for itchy skin and teenage skin.

This one brings a smile to people's faces. The flecks in the bar are rosemary leaves, gathered fresh from my big, happy, arrogant rosemary bush. She is happy to be of service. The scent, though, is bright, friendly orange, very charming and lively. A nice bar to wake up to.

This is one of my most popular soaps; nearly everyone loves the sweet, clean scent--adults and children alike. Another wonderful thing about this bar is the generous helping of jojoba oil I've added. This will be some of the smoothest and most pleasing soap you've ever used.

This is the soap to please the nose and liven up the shower. The ginger is happy, sharp, with some sweetness from the tangerine and lime oils. This soap will bring you joy.

If you love a crisp and refreshing scent, rosemary might be for you. Unsentimental, mentally stimulating, clean and pleasing, the smell is familiar, but not overworked. The leaves are fresh from my garden, from a big, happy unsprayed plant.

This is a fine soap for oily skin, but will not dry other skin types.

This is a nice rough, grainy bar, goes well in the kitchen, sink, or bath, if you like a more scrubby soap. Inclusions of dried, grated lemon peel provide the roughness, a hint of lemon oil gives a nice old-fashioned scent. A dollop of extra nourishing oil keeps your skin soft. The cat has nothing to do with it, really; he was just napping there when I took the picture.
